  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time across India is 5–12 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on selected products.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to modify the order once it has been shipped.

Currently, Easy Pick ships only within India unless otherwise stated on the product page.
